Job Title: Strategic Workforce Optimization Lead

Job Description:

Our organization seeks an exceptional Strategic Workforce Optimization Lead to spearhead workforce management and analytics initiatives. The successful candidate will utilize advanced data analysis skills, coupled with business acumen, to drive strategic planning, optimize workforce allocation, and enhance operational performance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, outstanding communication skills, and a proven track record of driving performance improvement initiatives in dynamic environments. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other MS Suite products is required, along with familiarity with Sales systems, CRM, and phone systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive workforce optimization strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead the development and implementation of predictive models to forecast work volume, staff shrinkage, and other key metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of business data, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of ad-hoc, routine, and project-oriented business metrics and reporting needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or related experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce management, reporting analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
