Strategic IT Architect Lead

Overview:

We seek a seasoned Strategic IT Architect Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals and compliance with defined governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Architecture Strategy: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies that align with business objectives, driving innovation and growth.
  • Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce robust governance policies and standards for IT architecture, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide strategic technical leadership and guidance to architecture teams, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of complex IT solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into actionable technical requirements, and effectively communicate architectural decisions and strategies to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and methodologies, driving the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions within the organization.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT architecture and governance, developing strategies to address technical debt and ensure system reliability.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify integration opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders to define system requirements and integration strategies.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for integration solutions, including data mappings, transformations, and workflows.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with relevant standards and regulations, implementing robust data governance practices to maintain data integrity.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture strategy and governance.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving architectural transformation.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and industry-standard methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and develop effective solutions.
