Product Development Leadership

The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our eComms surveillance platforms, lexicons and models. Their key responsibilities include overseeing the ongoing enhancements, tuning and development of detections for the eComms and Voice program.

This dynamic team is responsible for ensuring surveillance system coverage and capabilities remain fit for purpose to meet regulatory requirements and internal risk assessments across both eComms and Voice surveillance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of eComms surveillance platforms, lexicons and models
  • Driving ongoing enhancements, tuning and development of detections
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure detection models and scenarios align with evolving business risk profiles
  • Proactive identification of areas of corporate vulnerability or risk within the dynamic eComms landscape
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking and financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of key regulations impacting surveillance in banking environments
  • Proven experience working in an agile environment, particularly in the context of risk management within the financial services sector
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across varying levels of seniority effectively
