Job Title: Business Platform Innovator

The role of the Business Platform Innovator plays a pivotal part in driving the conceptualization, design, and development of cutting-edge platforms and services that fuel future business growth.

This position combines a strong vision for future technology trends with a practical, entrepreneurial approach to creating and scaling innovative platforms that deliver tangible business value.

  • Strategic Ideation & Visioning: Lead cross-functional teams in the ideation, design, and conceptualization of new platforms and services aimed at enhancing core business models.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and refine innovation strategies, identifying opportunities for new platforms that align with long-term business goals.
  • Stay at the forefront of technology trends, identifying disruptive innovations that could impact the industry and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Productization & Development: Oversee the end-to-end productization process, turning ideas into viable platforms or services ready for market introduction.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to define platform architecture, development timelines, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage the development lifecycle, from prototype through to scale, ensuring alignment with both market needs and technical capabilities.

Business Growth & Transformation:

  • Drive the adoption and integration of new platforms into the business ecosystem, ensuring they contribute to revenue generation, cost optimization, or market expansion.
  • Evaluate and prioritize the commercial potential of new platforms, guiding the business through necessary pivots or adjustments to meet market demands.

Technical Oversight:

  • Ensure the technical feasibility of innovative solutions and maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
  • Work closely with internal and external technology partners, including senior leadership, Product Managers, Sales, and Marketing, to align platform innovations with overall business goals and objectives.

Innovation Culture Leadership:

  • Foster a culture of continuous innovation, experimentation, and learning within the organization, encouraging teams to challenge norms and explore new ideas.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the innovation function.
