**Responsibilities Include:**
- Recruitment: Attracting and selecting top talent to join our team, ensuring that each candidate meets the necessary qualifications and requirements.
- Onboarding: Developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into their roles.
- Training: Designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
- Payroll: Managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
- Benefits: Providing competitive benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Employee Relations: Maintaining open communication channels, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance evaluation systems, setting goals, and providing feedback for growth and development.
**What We're Looking For:**
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
