Job Description:

The Human Resources team at 7107 CONCRETE CARRERS INC. is responsible for creating a positive work environment that fosters growth and development of our employees. As a member of this team, you will be working closely with the management to ensure that all employee-related matters are handled efficiently and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, benefits, and performance management.
- Collaborate with the management to identify talent acquisition needs and develop strategies to attract top candidates.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and conducting regular audits.
- Foster a culture of open communication, building strong relationships with employees and promoting a healthy work environment.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
