The HR Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring the effective management of key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This role involves managing HR staff, providing guidance and support to both employees and management, and ensuring that HR practices align with the organization’s strategic goals. The HR Supervisor will ensure that all HR policies and procedures are followed and will help drive a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Team Management:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals to ensure efficient HR operations.
Assign tasks and responsibilities, set goals, and monitor performance of HR staff.
Provide regular feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and support career development for HR team members.
Recruitment & Staffing:

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, post openings, and manage the interview and selection process.
Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions, concerns, and issues.
Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
Foster effective communication between management and staff, ensuring that employee needs and concerns are heard and addressed.
Performance Management:

Oversee the performance management process, including conducting performance reviews and assisting with goal setting.
Provide guidance to managers on addressing performance issues and employee development.
Ensure that performance evaluations are completed on time and are aligned with company standards.
Compliance & Policy Implementation:

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Review and update HR policies as needed to reflect changes in law or best practices.
Assist with internal audits and HR-related reporting to ensure the organization remains compliant with relevant legal requirements.
Training & Development:

Identify training needs across the organization and coordinate training sessions to support employee development.
Develop and implement programs to improve employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Track training effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:

Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with company policies and industry standards.
Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Conduct market analysis to ensure compensation packages remain competitive.
HR Administration:

Manage HR records, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with data protection regulations.
Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations for senior management.
Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and related HR documentation.
HR Strategy & Improvement:

Collaborate with senior management to implement HR strategies that support the company’s business objectives.
Recommend improvements in HR processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and practices.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of (X) years of HR experience, with at least (X) years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in HR software (HRIS), MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other HR tools.
