  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing and managing orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer details as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience with a focus on email-based support
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online and Extensiv is required
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus
