We are seeking a skilled IT specialist to join our team in supporting the Department of Defense. The successful candidate will have experience working with computer systems, software applications, and advanced troubleshooting methodologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily checks of various IT services and relay status updates
  • Resolve computer problems for clients via phone or email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic computer, application, system, device, access, or performance issues
  • Prioritize help desk tickets based on customer expectations
  • Evaluate performance results and recommend changes
  • Provide assistance with computer hardware and software use
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field and at least three years of relevant work experience
  • US citizen with active DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and experience with Level 3 responsibilities
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience with Windows Server 2016 and 2019 Operations Systems, Azure, Active Directory, DNS, RMM, and PSA tools
