Customer Support Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Associate to provide administrative support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM systems and data management, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
">Job Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records in CRM, including client information, call notes, and status updates.
- Clean and verify lead/contact lists for data hygiene.
- Prepare and issue invoices, and coordinate with clients on billing-related queries.
- Assist the Operations manager with reports, dashboards, and pipeline tracking.
- Support the sales team with follow-ups, reminders, and scheduling.
- Help prepare sales scripts, templates, and call documentation.
- Experience as a Customer Support Associate, Sales Admin, or in a support role (1–2 years minimum).
- Strong skills in CRM systems and spreadsheets.
- High attention to detail and ability to spot errors/inconsistencies in data.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and sales documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
