Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will excel at creating and closing new business opportunities. Using a consultative approach to selling, they will utilize their expertise to identify and qualify leads, resulting in sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by driving business growth from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Successfully create business from new customer accounts through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives to drive business results.
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years' quota-carrying sales experience in a business development role.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions.
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales quotas through effective sales strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
