Drive Business Growth in Australia

As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for driving top-line growth and bottom-line profitability. This involves owning the Australian P&L, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive online and offline sales and growth across E-Commerce platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives
  • Identify and prioritize growth initiatives that contribute to significant sales

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, strategy consulting, finance, or e-commerce
  • 2+ years of experience in team leadership, including hiring, mentoring, and developing local talent
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of the Australian market and consumers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving profitable growth
