We are seeking a highly skilled Business Excellence Transformation Specialist to join our team at Gratitude Philippines in Mandaluyong. As an Associate Manager, you will play a crucial role in facilitating process improvement and assisting business owners in enhancing existing process performance through analysis, experience, and employee input in a project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Facilitate process improvement initiatives and assist business owners in improving existing process performance through analysis, experience, and employee input in a project environment.
  • Operational Excellence Training: Build and deliver Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coach on business excellence principles.
  • Process Standardization: Assist the organization in creating, monitoring, measuring, and analyzing standardized processes.
  • Management Review: Support the development and implementation of a formal management review of Key Performance/Operating results and train and coach all functional areas on measurement principles.
  • KPI Reporting: Provide support/input to weekly and/or monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and review meetings.
  • Cross-Functional Initiatives: Facilitate and/or participate in cross-functional Process Improvement Initiatives and root cause analysis.
  • Quality Culture Expansion: Implement strategic quality direction into operational guidelines and practices and support the ongoing expansion of the quality culture across the organization.

You will be responsible for providing support to develop support assets, e.g., tracking tools for operational excellence success stories, tracking of root cause/lessons learned from actual delivery experiences, etc. You will also communicate to key management stakeholders on salient quality issues and business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or undergraduates with relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Business Excellence/Business Transformation/Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement/Process Improvement under Finance and Accounting.
  • Experience in BPO industry.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle certain situations effectively.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certified or Trained.
