As a Senior Cloud Transformation Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading project teams in delivering custom cloud solutions, managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading project teams in delivering custom cloud solutions, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client expectations.
  • Managing project plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements, including IBM and client employees, and third-party vendors.
  • Establishing effective communication plans with project teams and clients, providing regular project status updates, and day-to-day direction to project team members.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Japanese language (speaking, reading, and writing) and ability to translate English to Japanese and vice versa.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to estimate effort and impacts of proposed solutions.
  • Able to cooperate and take business and solution lead in multi-vendor teams.
  • Flexibility to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM location in Quezon City or Cebu.
