Job Overview

A seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis Manager with a proven track record in driving strategic financial initiatives is sought after to spearhead our team's financial operations.

This key role will be responsible for leading all aspects of financial planning, delivering comprehensive financial reporting, and ensuring seamless data flows across various systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual budgeting processes, drive quarterly forecasting, and deliver monthly financial reports with variance analysis.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN OPERATING MODELS AND DASHBOARDS IN EXCEL OR POWER BI.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate the financial impact of initiatives and drive decision-making.
Accounting Support (NetSuite)
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end close in NetSuite, working closely with accounting staff.
  • Review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations to maintain accounting accuracy.
  • Optimize NetSuite structure and reporting hierarchies to enhance financial visibility.
  • Assist with setup and mapping of new accounts or departments.
Operational Finance
  • SUPPORT CASH FLOW FORECASTING AND TREASURY PLANNING TO ENSURE BUSINESS CONTINUITY.
  • Track headcount, utilization, and financial KPIs to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial models to support pricing, hiring, or strategic decisions.
Reporting & Audit Support
  • Maintain internal reporting packages for leadership and investors.
  • Provide financial data and analysis for external audits or tax filings.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in FP&A.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and financial operations.
  • 2+ years of experience using NetSuite for accounting and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort building financial models.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based companies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with U.S. executives.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written), including professional financial communication.
  • Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST).
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA or equivalent accounting certification.
  • Experience with budgeting tools & processes.
  • Prior work in consulting, SaaS, or offshore services environment.
  • Familiarity with Power BI.
