Corporate Strategy Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Strategy Leader to play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's long-term strategy, driving business intelligence, and providing critical insights to support decision-making across the renewable energy value chain.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in strategic planning, corporate development, and market research. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Develop and refresh the company's long-range strategic plan aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Drive annual operating plans (AOPs) and 5–10-year business forecasts.
  • Identify growth opportunities across emerging markets, technologies, and policy shifts.
Market Research & Intelligence
  • Oversee research on renewable energy trends, competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and global benchmarks.
  • Track and interpret macroeconomic indicators, energy policies, sustainability targets, and carbon transition pathways.
  • Publish internal strategy briefs and intelligence reports.
Corporate Development Support
  • Support inorganic growth initiatives including M&A evaluations and strategic partnerships.
  • Provide valuation, scenario modeling, and investment thesis inputs for strategic projects.
Performance Analytics & Strategic Insights
  • Partner with Finance, Business Development, and Operations teams to assess business performance, risks, and operational gaps.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making and develop performance dashboards.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with C-level leadership, external consultants, investors, and government bodies.
  • Represent the strategy function in key forums.
Qualifications & Experience:
  1. 15 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, or business consulting.
  2. Experience leading strategic projects at a group or corporate level.
  3. MBA from a top-tier institution or equivalent advanced degree.
