Qualifications

  • Graduate of Juris Doctor (JD), Bachelor of Laws (LLB), or any law-related degree
  • Licensed attorney with a valid license to practice law preferred, but candidates with proven experience in land acquisition and contract management are welcome.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate law, land acquisition, or business/property law.
  • Strong knowledge of property ownership, contracts, and land use regulations.
  • Proven experience in negotiations, due diligence, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication, legal drafting, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professional integrity and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct due diligence on land and business acquisitions, including title verification, encumbrance checks, and regulatory compliance.
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, deeds, leases, purchase agreements, and other legal documents.
  3. Represent the corporation in negotiations with landowners, brokers, developers, and other stakeholders.
  4. Advise management on legal risks, liabilities, and strategies regarding land, property, and business matters.
  5. Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies on permits, land registration, and land use compliance.
  6. Assist in resolving land or property disputes when necessary.
  7. Provide ongoing legal support in matters relating to real estate, acquisitions, and business transactions.

Work Arrangement & Compensation

  • Flexible engagement: Full-Time employment or Part Time (8-5PM Monday to Friday).
