Executive Assistant to Senior Executive

About the Role

We seek a highly skilled and organized professional to provide comprehensive support to a dynamic family office.

This role requires someone who can manage administrative tasks while understanding the fast-paced and confidential nature of investment activities.

  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage and prioritize a demanding executive calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and calls.
  • Conduct research for personal and professional purchases, identifying optimal solutions and negotiating with vendors.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including preparing presentations, organizing documents, managing expenses, and maintaining confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives. Prior experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, or a similar financial services environment is highly preferred.

Requirements:
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant productivity tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
