Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to our clients' customers. You will be responsible for handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements:

  • High-speed internet connection and quiet workspace
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Previous call center experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  2. Resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving.
  3. Research and retrieve information across systems to support customer needs.
  4. Accurately document interactions and process claims.
  5. Guide customers through options to find the best solutions.
  6. Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources.
  7. Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  8. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  9. Stay current with training, updates, and program knowledge.
  10. Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.
