Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries regarding credit card transactions, account maintenance, and online support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Analyze customer information and take action accordingly.
  • Escalate complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Stay up-to-date on company information and business initiatives.
  • Deliver quality service by accurately assessing and responding to customer needs.
  • Complete documentation for each transaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within time constraints.
  • Working knowledge of PCs and strong keyboarding skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Pleasant telephone manner.
