We're on the lookout for a skilled customer service professional to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you'll be working with customers to resolve their queries and provide top-notch support.

This role involves taking phone calls and video calls from customers, where you'll need to think on your feet, communicate clearly, and empathize with those who are struggling to solve a problem. If you're detail-oriented, thoughtful, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries over the phone and via email/chat
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Continuous learning and self-improvement
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Gmail, Meet, Calendar, etc.)
  • Able to work from home with some flexibility

  • Full-time position with 44 hours per week
