Healthcare Service Expert

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction in the healthcare account management department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Efficiently managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch customer service to healthcare clients using AthenaOne EMR.
  • Navigating the AthenaOne EMR system effectively to handle customer accounts in collections, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of outstanding balances, and negotiating payment arrangements when necessary.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account updates in our database.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of AthenaOne EMR software.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling collections accounts and familiarity with collections practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
