About the Role:

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using various software systems, including CRM tools, helpdesk software, and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
