We seek an experienced Bid Proposal Specialist to join our Cloud Solutions & Innovation Center. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling services proposals and bids globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Solution architects and Services sales teams worldwide to develop comprehensive proposal documents
  • Evaluate customer requirements and craft effective solutions to meet their needs
  • Create bid proposals that highlight Infor's unique value proposition and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance estimation tools, methodologies, and templates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date content in designated repositories for efficient proposal creation
  • Adeptly manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, prioritizing deliverables and stakeholder expectations
  • Effectively communicate with internal clients and customers to ensure seamless collaboration
