Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and manage the bidding process for U.S. government contracts, focusing on service apartment rentals or pest control services.

Key Responsibilities:

  7. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of government contracting platforms and industry regulations.
  8. Monitor competitors and market trends in service apartment rentals or pest control services to enhance bidding effectiveness.
Qualifications Required:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in bidding for U.S. government contracts, with a focus on service apartment rentals or pest control.
  3. Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government procurement processes.
  4. Expertise in preparing and submitting compliant bids, including experience with pricing models and cost estimation.
  5. Proficiency in bid management software and tools such as MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  6. Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
