We are looking for a skilled and organized professional to provide first-level support to our user community for IT-related hardware and software issues.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to follow documented processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logging incidents and resolving queries related to IT account processing and technical outages.
  • Providing onboarding and offboarding services, as well as managing procurement requests.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of IT environments and policies.

The role involves working Monday to Friday with occasional on-call weekends and holidays. The position requires at least 3 years of HelpDesk experience and a college degree.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in supported operating systems and applications such as Windows, Office 365, and troubleshooting PCs and network connectivity.
  • A professional and courteous demeanor, with strong analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required, with compensation paid accordingly.
