Our ideal candidate will be a strategic workforce management professional with the ability to analyze data, develop and implement effective strategies, and lead a team of analysts. They must have a strong understanding of forecasting and scheduling principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Workforce Planning: Develop and implement workforce management strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Forecasting and Scheduling: Oversee forecasting and scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing levels across the organization.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze workforce metrics and performance data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and adjust workforce plans accordingly.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of workforce management professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance.
  • Technology Management: Manage tools and technologies related to workforce management and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in workforce management, including leadership roles.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce planning and optimization.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in workforce management software and data analysis tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management and change management.
  • Leadership Abilities: Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team.
  • Knowledge and Compliance: In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
