Job Title:

Production Operations Director

Lead the end-to-end operations of multiple manufacturing plants, handling Returnable-Glass and PET production. Align resources with business strategies and volume targets while maintaining high service standards at optimized costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for all plants, ensuring quality, food safety, health, and environmental compliance.
  • Align manufacturing strategies with supply chain objectives based on plant capabilities and capacity.
  • Establish policies to drive operational efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation for maintenance, projects, productivity, and continuous enhancement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in production planning, staffing, talent development, training, and labor relations.
  • Foster a culture focused on continuous improvement and transformational growth.
  • Lead Plant Managers in achieving operational goals by optimizing resources.

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in manufacturing operations within the consumer goods or FMCG industry.
  • Proven leadership in managing multiple plant operations.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
