Workforce Management Specialist

This role is responsible for overseeing the efficient utilization of staff resources to meet service level targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and report on key performance indicators such as queue lengths, service levels, and agent productivity.

  • Monitor intraday performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Track and analyze data to inform staffing decisions and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain accurate reports to provide stakeholders with timely insights into business performance.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as the successful candidate will need to effectively articulate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in workforce management, preferably with a focus on real-time analytics.
  • Proficiency in WFM tools and software applications.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Experience working in a retail or seasonal business environment is highly desirable, as is familiarity with industry-standard software applications and technologies.

Professional certifications in WFM or related fields are an asset, but not a requirement. What matters most is a passion for delivering exceptional results and driving continuous improvement in our business operations.
