
Finance Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to support our finance department.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations support roles and strong Excel skills.
Responsibilities- Ensure all corporate spend is properly categorized by account and department.
- Coding Accuracy: Follow up with cardholders and internal teams to correct or complete financial coding and documentation.
- Internal Documentation: Proactively identify recurring issues in expense classification and propose solutions.
- Financial Reporting: Monitor and validate classification of key expense types.
- Data Analysis: Assist with gathering and organizing data for monthly financial reporting.
- High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring deadlines.
