We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Finance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys variety, and is eager to grow into broader responsibilities across finance and operations.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and systems, with experience in finance, bookkeeping, or admin roles. They will be proficient in tools like Xero, Airwallex, HubSpot, MS Office, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You will work closely with our finance and executive team, support staff across different functions, and contribute to both day-to-day tasks and bigger-picture improvements. Key Responsibilities- Finance: Ensure accuracy and up-to-date CRM and finance records, assist with deal setup, pricing, and expense tracking, process invoices, supplier forms, and related requests, and support revenue recognition tasks.
- Operations & Admin: Manage scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements, oversee accounts payable and monitor office expenses, track and report on operational metrics, help onboard and offboard employees, maintain employee records, and assist with HR processes.
- Communications & Events: Contribute to company communications, social media, and updates, support planning and running of events, workshops, and internal activities, coordinate with vendors, and manage logistics.
- Proven experience in finance, bookkeeping, or admin roles.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and systems.
- Proficiency in tools like Xero, Airwallex, HubSpot, MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ownership of data accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business management preferred.
- This is a full-time position, working 7 hours a day, Monday to Friday.
- Observes PH public holidays with some swapped to align with AU holidays.
- This is an office-based role, in Cebu (current location near Ayala in the Business Park).
- Salary range $30,000 – $40,000 per month.
