We are seeking a detail-oriented finance and operations professional to support our core business functions.
This is a full-time, remote role that requires strong organizational skills and experience in managing day-to-day finance and logistics using cloud-based tools such as Zoho Books and Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage invoicing, receivables/payables, and cash flow tracking
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with financial reporting
- Help coordinate inventory and logistics
- Streamline processes across finance and operations
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Strong English fluency, both written and spoken
- Experience in small business or startup finance/ops roles
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with use of technology
- A dynamic work environment
