You will play a key role at Modelve, an asset investment planning firm redefining how government and infrastructure organisations plan and fund critical assets. Operating across Australia and North America, Modelve empowers smarter decisions through data-driven modelling tools.

As Finance & Operations Coordinator, you'll ensure smooth operation while supporting finance, events, communications and administration with opportunities to grow. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys variety and is eager to grow into broader responsibilities across finance, compliance and operations.

Finance & Operations Coordinator

You will play a key role in connecting the dots across our business. This role is designed for someone curious, organised, and eager to understand how finance, operations, people, and communications all come together to make a company run. You'll work closely with our finance and executive team, support staff across different functions, and contribute to both day-to-day tasks and bigger-picture improvements.

What You'll Do

Finance & Sales Support

  • Keep CRM and finance records accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with deal setup, pricing, and expense tracking.
  • Process invoices, supplier forms, and related requests.
  • Support revenue recognition tasks and gradually build experience in compliance and reporting.

Operations & Admin

  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee accounts payable and monitor office expenses.
  • Track and report on operational metrics that help guide decisions.

People & Policies

  • Help onboard and offboard employees (systems, equipment, policies).
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HR processes.
  • Support company policies and procedure updates.

Communications & Events

  • Contribute to company communications, social media, and updates.
  • Support planning and running of events, workshops, and internal activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage logistics.
