Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Excellence Specialist to join our team at Neksjob Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvement and excellence across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate process improvement initiatives and assist business owners in enhancing existing process performance through analysis, employee input, and project management.
  • Develop and deliver Operational Excellence training and coaching on business excellence principles to all functional areas.
  • Assist in the creation, monitoring, measurement, and analysis of standardized processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of a formal management review of key performance/operating results and train functional areas on measurement principles.
  • Provide input to weekly and/or monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and review meetings.
  • Facilitate and/or participate in cross-functional Process Improvement Initiatives and root cause analysis.
  • Implement strategic quality direction into operational guidelines and practices and support the expansion of the quality culture across the organization.
  • Develop support assets, such as tracking tools for operational excellence success stories and root cause/lessons learned from actual delivery experiences.
  • Communicate quality issues and business opportunities to key management stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Open to Bachelor's Degree or undergraduates with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Excellence/Business Transformation/Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement/Process Improvement under Finance and Accounting.
  • Experience in BPO industry.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certified or Trained.
