We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, B2B sales, and CRM management.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for following up with clients, preparing proposals, and maintaining regular communication with prospects during long sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other business tools.
