Job Title
As a lead generation specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities for our company.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
• Manage email campaigns to engage with prospects and nurture relationships.
• Track responses and analyze outreach efforts to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to generate high-quality leads and improve engagement rates.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar).
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets to track and analyze outreach efforts.
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting and optimizing email templates.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
• High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tracking leads and client information.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with prospects and the internal team.
Bonus Points:
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Familiarity with email automation tools or outreach platforms.
• Background in conducting online research and organizing data.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to refine processes for efficiency.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time permanent position, working 45 hours a week. The role is fully remote, requiring a reliable internet connection, and a suitable setup for on-camera meetings.
