Job Overview

The role of a Business Development Specialist is to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and establishing partnerships. This involves outreach, communication, and negotiation with vendors to introduce them to our platform.

We are looking for an individual who can confidently and clearly articulate the value proposition of our marketplace. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

This is a full-time position that requires remote work in a US shift. The successful candidate will work closely with our CEO and CTO on a weekly basis and have opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and communication with vendors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual benefit
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to refine strategy and improve performance
  • Utilize CRM software to track outreach and manage relationships
Requirements
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Computer literacy with experience using CRM software
  • Bonus points if you have worked in a marketplace or SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
