About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our Business Development team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with sales, lead generation, or customer-facing experience who are looking to grow their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new leads through calls, emails, and social platforms to generate revenue growth.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to schedule appointments and expand business relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and prospects in CRM systems to ensure seamless communication.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients to enhance business development.
  • Support the Business Development Manager in preparing sales presentations and reports to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align on campaigns and improve sales strategies.
  • Nurture client relationships and facilitate smooth hand-offs to maintain a strong reputation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • A self-starter with a goal-driven mindset and strong work ethic to achieve results.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Apollo.
  • Familiarity with the sales funnel and B2B sales process to drive business growth.
