We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the management of design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, managing, and ensuring the successful execution of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple project teams, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of all phases.
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor performance against objectives, and oversee construction activities.
  • Manage client relationships, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns or changes.
  • Implement project management best practices and maintain proper documentation to track progress and resolve issues effectively.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.
Requirements
  • A Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Architecture, or a related field is required.
  • At least 10 years of working experience, preferably in vertical construction or a related industry.
  • Strong project management skills and a proven track record in successfully delivering projects within scope, time, and cost parameters.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
  • Ability to work immediately at the project site in Batangas.
