Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate instructors and monitor student progress
- Support Regional Operations in a virtual environment
- Deliver outstanding academic services to students and families
- Maintain operational standards for people, finance, and academics
- Ensure program delivery and initiatives for students and partners
- Meet operational excellence standards
- Provide administrative support to Regional Operations, including phone management, data entry, and scheduling
- Manage class schedules for efficient staffing and target achievement
- Oversee virtual tutoring sessions
- Monitor student academic progress
- Ensure flawless program execution
- Manage personal time according to company and regulatory requirements
- Conduct conferences with partner directors to review progress and adjust plans
- Effective time management and prioritization
- Organizational skills for multiple responsibilities
- Professional demeanor and approachable attitude
- Able to adapt to changing objectives
- Excellent communication in virtual environments
- Proficient in various communication channels
- Able to build trust in virtual relationships

- Bachelor's Degree required, 2-3 years progressive career growth, experience in virtual operations, and bilingual English-Spanish beneficial
