Commerce Growth Manager

This role is a key member of the Partner Success team. You will support the success and growth of B2B travel commerce partners in APAC across products such as flights, hotels, cars, and packages.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute partner strategies for Commerce, focusing on maximizing partner satisfaction and driving adoption of additional travel products.
  • Lead onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for Korean-speaking partners, acting as their advocate within the organization.
  • Drive product adoption, upsell opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve partner issues and deliver an excellent partner experience.
  • Utilize analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and inform data-driven decisions.

Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in travel, e-commerce, or working with Korean clients or partners is a strong plus.
