Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to procure high-quality electrical materials, equipment, and services.
  • Analyze technical specifications to ensure purchased items meet project standards and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships to guarantee quality and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and documentation for procurement activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate with engineering, project management, and logistics teams to align procurement with project timelines.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new technologies in electrical materials and equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements:

A Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) is preferred. The ideal candidate has proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing, preferably in construction, engineering, or real estate. Strong understanding of electrical materials, equipment, and industry standards is required. Proficient in procurement software, MS Office, and ERP systems. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills are essential. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
