About the Job
The Accounts Payable Expert will play a critical role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in vendor payments, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining purchase orders, entering vendor bills accurately, applying bills correctly to POs, running reports for bill payment suggestions, processing vendor bill payments timely, amortizing expenses in the correct period, accruing expenses in the correct period, reconciling vendor accounts, entering and processing expense reimbursements, credit card transaction reconciliations, credit card transaction entries, AP Aging reporting, and month-end close reports including metrics reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors.
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
  • Provide supporting documentation for audit purposes.
