Project Managers are responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.

Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of a project, as well as acting as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, management, and team members.

This role involves developing and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, creating detailed project plans, and assembling, leading, and motivating project teams.

Project Managers must also monitor progress, set deadlines, and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely completion, identify and mitigate risks, and manage project budgets to ensure cost efficiency.

Furthermore, they must facilitate clear communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular updates and reports on project status, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction by addressing feedback and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing ERP implementation projects, a demonstrated track record of delivering full life cycle projects successfully, and experience with specific ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.
