Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinating Lead to oversee the execution and delivery of projects, focusing on project planning, resource management, and metrics-driven tracking.

This key role is responsible for planning and coordinating resources, leading Agile process management, monitoring performance with Jira metrics, and facilitating effective communication between clients and team members.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in project management, expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, and proven leadership abilities in resource planning, team allocation, and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning & Resource Management
  • Define project scope and develop detailed project plans.
  • Coordinate resource allocation and secure necessary approvals.
  • Evaluate resource availability and optimize utilization.
  • Develop project schedules and timelines based on estimates.
Project Execution & Agile Process Management
  • Plan and sequence project activities.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: kick-offs, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc..
  • Manage Jira boards (sprints, tickets, reports).
Monitoring, Reporting & Metrics
  • Track project performance using Jira metrics (velocity, burn-up/down, sprint reports).
  • Monitor team and individual performance via KPIs and stand-ups.
  • Schedule regular progress reports for stakeholders.
Leadership & Team Support
  • Moderate conflicts between client and team; resolve issues.
  • Remove blockers and distractions.
  • Keep the team motivated, focused, and aligned on goals.
  • Hold team members accountable.
  • Promote collaboration and effective communication.
Continuous Improvement & Documentation
  • Streamline processes to enhance project/sprint velocity.
  • Conduct post-mortems for major incidents (bugs, outages, etc.).
  • Ensure centralized and regularly updated project documentation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and leveraging Jira for metrics-driven project tracking
  • Proven leadership abilities in resource planning, team allocation, and conflict resolution
  • Effective communication skills as a strategic liaison between clients and developers
  • Strong analytical skills, focusing on KPI monitoring, progress reporting, and continuous improvement
  • Meticulous attention to process optimization and comprehensive documentation
