Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will oversee multiple assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery within predetermined timeframes, quality standards, and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with project leads to ensure all projects have completed and defined project charters, roadmaps, RACI, governance, and risk registers
  • Support project kick-off calls with sponsors and stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects while aligning with set objectives and standards
  • Monitor and coordinate the activities of project team members and vendors as applicable
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Identify and escalate deviations from the project plan
  • Manage project risks and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and performance metrics

Other responsibilities include facilitating project team meetings and communication, creating project presentations or reports as requested by sponsors, stakeholders, or leadership.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of experience leading project delivery, and expertise in software development, customer operations, process optimization, knowledge development, or management. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
