Project Coordination Role

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting project teams with the delivery of projects from conception to completion.

Your key responsibilities will include coordinating project schedules, monitoring and reviewing project information, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring management has access to up-to-date and accurate project data.

You will also be responsible for individually contributing to a range of professional assignments, analyzing project data and trends, developing recommendations, and proactively monitoring and evaluating project management processes.

  • Assist project teams with the delivery of projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate project schedules, monitor and review project information, identify discrepancies, and ensure management has access to up-to-date and accurate project data
  • Individually contribute to a range of professional assignments and analyze project data and trends to develop recommendations
  • Proactively monitor and evaluate project management processes to identify opportunities for improvement and advise on enhancements
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. Additionally, you should have proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Smartsheet, PowerBI, and Agile.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management)
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in project and program management, including at least 3 years leading teams on large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects
