We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing sourcing strategies to meet the organization's needs. You will work closely with our Sourcing Supervisor to provide input and feedback on sourcing strategy effectiveness.

This role involves executing various lead-generating activities, including innovative referral programs, university and industry partnerships, partnering with talent providers, and posting job ads on different job portals. You will also monitor applications submitted on all sourcing channels and collaborate with Recruitment Operations Management to ensure all leads are accounted for.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing various lead-generating activities to fulfill open requirements
  • Monitoring applications submitted on all sourcing channels
  • Pipeline talents and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the client's workforce plans
  • Developing detailed project plan documentation to guide execution and identify dependencies
  • Preparing channel analysis reports
  • Attending recruiter calibration at least once a week and ensuring alignment to client's requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any field and 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sourcing or talent acquisition. They should be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Additionally, they should be tech-savvy and capable of performing advanced Google searches. Strong project management, quantitative, and analytical skills, with great attention to detail, are essential.
