Responsible for:

As a Sourcing Manager you will be responsible for handling the company's end to end sourcing operations. The successful candidate will be able to appraise and improve our sourcing activities by ensuring the adequacy of the talent supply in the pipeline. You will build initiatives and programs that will supplement the organization's growth.
 

Main Activities and Responsibilities:
 

Probe Compliance:

Duties and Responbilities:

  • Build a healthy talent pipeline through referral generation, sourcing campaigns, talent branding efforts, and other strategic and creative channels

  • Manage multiple projects across all sourcing channels from planning to evaluation

  • Manage University hiring, connecting and partnering with different LGUs

  • Responsible for different online sourcing channels.

  • Oversee and roll out improvements for the recruitment branding and marketing.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing tools by monitoring the per channel share-of-hire; Utilize data and metrics to continuously improve our sourcing strategy and approach

  • Consistently maintain and track pipeline activities; create strategies that will support proactive pipelining of talents and creation of pre- qualified candidate talent pool in line with the client's workforce plans

  • Acts as the first approver for all online job postings and referral mechanics; ensures error-free job postings and mechanics

  • Ensures that third party interactions are dealt in a professional manner and that every engagement has approved Memorandum of Understanding/Agreement

  • Prepares budget for Sourcing Team's expenses, monitor spending; validate and approve all sourcing expenses, including referral disbursements that are for final approval of Sourcing Head

  • Validates third party payment and ensures these are submitted to the final approver on time

  • Define and manage sourcing budget with a clear view on allocation requirements across channel mix, platform requirements etc.

  • Manage a team of Volume and Specialized Sourcing Specialists and develop a program that continues to strengthen and grow the teams' skills in sourcing and project management

  • Identify techniques and tools that will help optimize Sourcing Team's productivity

  • Solicit feedback from Sourcing operations and recruitment partners on the quality of leads being generated; adjust leads generation approach accordingly

  • Prepare reports that include but are not limited to: channel performance, quality of leads, talent pipeline availability, cost-benefit analysis, etc.

  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance growth of Probe Group.

Qualifications and Typical Experience:

  • At least two years of experience in a senior supervisory in the recruitment department/section or a managerial role within the HR department

  • Call centre or BPO experience (required)

  • Expert in sourcing operations, vendor management, channel management, branding, and talent attraction
     

Other Position Requirements

  • Liaise with the Operations Management team and other division/department heads regarding recruitment requirements as well as transfers and promotions

  • Conduct interviews of management position applicants

  • Liaise with the Training Manager/ department to identify training gaps that are brought about by recruitment results

  • Liaise with client/business contacts to provide recruitment updates on a regular basis

  • Attend client and management meetings as required

  • Required to travel and work across various sites
