About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and attracting top talent to support our company's growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles across different departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for a variety of positions.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and industry events.
  • Proactively search for passive candidates and build talent pools for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, promoting the company's employer brand and values.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and assess talent.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with sourcing for technical roles or niche skill sets.
  • Familiarity with the Philippine labor market and recruitment landscape.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other advanced sourcing tools.
